Hi, I hope you are well.
I have bought a tablet months ago and at the time I was supposed to pay monthly for the tariff but they offered me a discount 3 months and I end up not paying anything for that period. It’s expired already and Iam being charged. The thing is I don’t use the internet except when Iam at home and I would like to cancel this payment. They have said to me at the time before it expires I should contact them but due to the situation we are living now I cannot reach them via phone. Can somoeone help me please.
