Hi @noel48 You need to check your message centre number

Open messages, go to settings and type in the message centre number shown below
Pay Monthly +447802000332
Pay & Go +447802092035

If it's correct for your tariff then check your network status here https://status.o2.co.uk/

Phone and contract type please?
Have you changed anything recently?
Sim or tariff etc ?
