@sjharris

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

one further question if you don't mind. i managed to get through via skype and order a new sim. while i was on the line, i realised that the sim cards can be resized by snapping off the surrounding plastic. i'm using an iphone 4 with a micro-sim and i've bought myself an iphone 6 that uses a nano-sim. can i just resize the existing sim and pop into the new phone? will i be able to use 4G? (existing phone says it's using the 3G network). many thanks!

Your old sim may not be a 4g sim sim so best to use the new one, although the iPhone 4 was never 4g, so check it in the new phone first..

If needed, when it arrives, do the sim swap to activate it and transfer your number if O2 haven't done it already.
