Hi. Hope everyone is well and staying safe. I am hoping someone can help. I got the Samsung Galaxy Flip in February last year. But now there is a black line that is clearly visible along the screen where it folds. So now it looks like split screens so it breaks up the screen as it is pretty big right across. I have been trying to find out how to return it, how to actually speak to someone but going around the house and getting no where. Anyone help?

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
Or speak directly to Samsung https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

Thanks @MI5 for the suggestion. Tried this morning but it just kept disconnecting me, but will keep trying. I also went on Facebook and DM'd them. Have had a reply, I have responded so see what they come back.
Fingers crossed, as it is frustrating not having a full screen (thick black line across the fold). Then the difficulty with generally speaking with someone. You go on the contact us you go around in circle. Not great service. You then get directed to the repair but it says I have to pay for the repair - but it is a design fault.
I'll keep you up to date.
Thanks again.
