sim replacement

have recieved replacemant sim as phone stolen,,had device barred but mysim staus is saying disconnected dont understand

@jenjen You will need to call customer service to get the bar lifted

When reported lost or stolen, both the account and phone are blocked.
Customer services need to unblock your account to enable you to use it again.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
