yesterday i received two sim cards for 2 monthly contracts im not with o2 just now but moving over i hope - should these sims work straight out the. packet ? or does o2 have to do something at their end as none of the sims are working just now - also tried in another phone too and phones are unlocked ?- any help guys ? -- thanks

They should work if monthly contract sim cards.
If not, call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
