just a quick question, my partner passed away a few months ago and i was wondering if i could get her phone number on a pay as you go sim, she had a pay monthly sim, which i did cancel.

It maybe possible to do if the number hasn't been reallocated.
As it was previously a contract account, give customer services a call to see what they can do for you.

They moved my wife's contract number to a P&G sim as I wanted to keep it for sentimental reasons under similar circumstances though it was a few years ago. Give them a call.
