sim card

I changed my sim only tarrif on 28th April, since then I have had no service, 02 said faulty sim so sent new sim... said was activated..still no service. Chatted on-line 4 times..still no service, got thruoght to customer service was told to wait another 24 to 48 hours for sim to be activated, still no service..It's now been 6 days with no service, can someone help???

My working hours are Monday 08:00 - 18:00, Tuesday - Friday 08:00 - 14:00
