samsung s2 unlock code did not work

hello..

i had filled an online form for unlocking my samsung s2...filled it in 3 times and got the same code 3 times...it has not worked..therefore i am.wondering if i can get a new code please...

Yes I'm pretty sure legally they would have to if it was requested.

Now I can realize O2 put my name on their
black list. Otherwise this is not gonna happen to customer. I finally give upon about **bleep**ing code. And I'll quit O2.

O2 don't blacklist customers.

You are oviously not following the correct procedure.

As long as the phone has been used on the network with the mobile number you are using on the unlock form, the code will be emailed to you. Insert a different network sim, enter the code. It's as easy as that.
