remove insurance

hi can anyone help me remove my insurance on my contract i cant figure out how to do it on the website

Contact customer service who can do it for you. I'm not sure that you can do it online.

if you pay by direct debit just cancel the insurance payment at your bank.

If you use the Live chat on the main website they can remove it on there.
Thats how I did mine a few months back
