Hello I Have recevied My New Contract Phone But Not a Sim Card For The Pay Monthly Contract Is This Normal ?

If your old sim card did then use that. You only need a new SIM off it's a different size. If so then call into a O2 store is the quickest way to get a free SIM and they will swap all your details over.

If this is a new account with a different number then the sim will come separate.

@JD1 Have a quick look on the plastic wrap from DPD or UK mail, mine was almost “glued” to it... and it just looks like a leaflet 

Worst case scenario your local o2 shop should be able to replace card for you

@JD1 If you have to go into an O2 shop, be sure to bring identification and the paperwork for your contract with you.
