I requested my PAC from previous provider, and thought i requested to transfer my number to my new o2 sim, but when i checked the account this morning, my old number has been attached to my mums line, and her number has gone. Is it fixable that my mum gets her number back but my number is put on my new sim easily or do i need to reverse the request, and start over again?

If you're trying to port into O2 you will need them to reallocate the correct numbers.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

You need to go back to your previous provider and explain the mistake they've made. Nothing O2 can do about this issue @Pritu27

Thank you for info, they have managed to swap the numbers in to right lines, and back on track.
