Hi i have preordered the new Samsung but i wanted to know if i can cancel the order if i decided to before it is sent out?

What exactly is the problem with S6?
Phones don't get viruses and any software problems can usually be fixed with a reset or reflash of firmware.

The touch screen keeps going quite unresponsive so the changed the screen on the first visit then the second visit they fobbed my partner off saying the phone had a virus which when she told me I didn't think it sounded right so then I looked online and see that it is quite hard for a phone to get a virus. Anyway so the problem started again last night so I'm taking it to Samsungs support centre as I type this and I won't take being fobbed off. Will let u know how I get on 👎🏻

Screen won't be the problem. It's either the cable or the digitiser itself.

Well just left the support centre, they said they r going to replace the main board or something like that anyway. Pretty useless in there to be honest..... No to wait around in the cold for 2 hours 👎🏻

Are you saying that Samsung will complete the repair in two hours @Anonymous? If so that's a pretty quick turnaround....(or were you waiting 2 hours to be seen?)

Yeah 2 hours for the repair to be done. But not holding my breath that it will work as nothing they have done so far has solved the issue... I'm thinking I will definitely stick to my IPhone, Apple r spot on always replace phones without the faffing about...
