hi i need to know how to port my 02 number to another customers new account, my contract is up and i will be cancelling it soon, ive got a PAC code and want to transfer my number to an account opened by my son so he has my old number

Ok.
Then once his o2 account is set up you both need to be present at calling o2, and they will go through the process.
PAC Code from o2 is not required.

Call 2o2 on your phone and ask customer services, don't use live chat they're worse than useless.

Hi,
Asking for a PAC Code from o2 transfers your mobile number to an alternative Network when you give them {the new network ie: Vodaphone etc} the code.
This then shuts down your o2 contract and you will receive a final bill followed by a zero bill once you've paid.
Are you moving to another Network ?
If your staying with o2 then its not a PAC Code you want but a transfer of account and number to your son.
Both of you will need to be present on the call to o2 via 202 and they will go thro the process and your son will have to pass a credit check.
