hi, I've just recently cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one , due to losing my card the other day. My payment for my contract still needs to come out on the 8th of this month , will the payment still come out of my account or do I need to update my bank card details ? thanks

You need to call customer service and check as it will depend how your bank links the card to the account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If the payment is linked to your account and sort code then the payment should still get processed as these will not change with the issuing of a new card.

If they collect payment via the long number (16 digits) then the payment will fail as this card number will have been cancelled by your bank.

Best bet is to give O2 a call and advise them of your situation
