I recently cancelled my contract with o2 after a number of years being a customer. They seem to think I cancelled my direct debit to them early and are after my final payment.
I've been trying to find a way of contacting them - no email, disconnected numbers, no live chat capabilites in Australia. Not suprising as all I have are bad experiences with o2.
Does anyone know a way of getting in touch with them, or even better, a means of paying them so I dont have to speak to them?
