Hi can I pay off my Device plan payment in one off payments or by larger monthly instalments

Yes you can make additional payments through your MyO2.
Overpaying will reduce the monthly cost but will not change the length of the loan unless you pay it all off completely.

You can certainly pay the device off all in one go. That will give you so many variable options such as giving 30 days notice to end the airtime, going to another network or upgrading.
