I have changed my password as requested and i still cannot log in.  I have not changed my user name.

I have, repeatidly changed my password and still cannot access my account. Ive done this several times over the last 8 months and still cant get in. Can I speak to someone?

Look and see if you are signed in anyway. I changed my password twice today only to find out I was all ready signed in, even though it had told me it was the wrong password.

I had a similar problem today signing in. It said nothing about password but kept giving me an error message...I opened another O2 tab and found like you. I was actually signed in..
