I dont normally come in here so i dont know whether this has been covered or not, but i am so mad that its made my mind up for me, retention team dont work weekends WOW, is that the craftiest move ever, so now i cannot move forward with my shopping for a new deal because i cannot even get a pac code untill monday morning, while i am at work i may add, in this day and age that move must surely be simply to make it harder (more awkward) for people to leave.

There now i feel better allready, goodbye 02, and im taking my broadband, landline and mobile with me.

We weren't disbelieving you at all mate.
It was just new news to us and Live chat are well known for giving out the wrong advice occasionally

We will now have to advise people accordingly but it is something that has changed recently. Deplorable really. Some people can only call at weekends. So @Martin-O2 please confirm for everyone and thank you @Anonymous@ for relating this new information to us 😀

It does beggar belief when the opening/closing times are unchanged on the website. Last time this happened, I think it was a BH..and they changed the times then without notice?

OK guys I can confirm that PAC codes are still available over the weekends and there has been no change to the working hours of the retentions team!

Mmmmm...Certainly not available over this weekend. Live chat appeared to be on a shutdown as well (Judging by the amount of people complaining)
