Not applicable

I have a new email account as we have moved house since I took this contract out 2 years ago. It is no longer lewmad**Personal info** this account has be closed since april 2016, it is now jwinslade**Personal info**.Tel no is now [Removed] not [Removed] for your records

I can't access my account online. tel no [Removed]. account number [Removed]

I am wanting to see what the best deal you can offer would be to stay with 02, my current account is far too exspensive.

I want to look at and Iphone 5 with unlimited calls and text messages and a bigger GB at least 5-10 please.

I also would look at a sim only deal for a cheaper monthly bill.

regards

Jackie Winslade

Don't know if the bills are going to be any cheaper than you think they will be for what you are wanting as the iPhone 5 doesn't exist anymore

Hi @Anonymous, how are you doing today? Welcome to our community forum! slight_smile

As mentioned above our forum is a group of customers and friends who help each other out, so we do not have access to any O2 systems from here to change any account info - you'd need to contact Customer Service if you cannot do it online in My O2.

If you have any general questions that are not personal account related however, please do let us know and we'll be happy to advise! slight_smile
