Hello,
my old phone under pay as you go with 02 has broken so I cannot call from that
I have set up a new contract on new device but want to port number over.
I cannot access 202 from new device.
I have been trying to access online chat - it is not available - I want to access a PAC number.
I have also emailed and no email support is provided any more and the email just suggests I use online chat which is not working - what else can one do?
I have waited for ages for phone support to no avail.

You don't need a PAC to change from P&G to contrasct.
