o2 texts Extra allowance

Does anyone else get the extra allowance text from o2 every few weeks, when you top up x amount they will give you extra allowance to spend on calls and texts

I wondered how i signed up to these-im not complaining i would like my husband to have these also and he nver does and would make more use out of this, anyone now how to sign up? have tried calling the usual 2202 and 2220 numbers but cannot find any info out on this.

They are a perk sent out now and again.

You don't sign up for them.

It's basically virtual credit that gets used before your normal allowances.

They send the text out at regular intervals, I've had various offers but rarely take them up as my allowances cover my needs.
