order not showing

Placed two orders for contracts one showing in my 02 account the other is not had some trouble with second one so order wasn't done till 7pm anyone else had this problem

They usually update the website at midnight I think @MI5  So should be showing soon...?

Yes indeed, My O2 will go offline for a while around midnight so that may help push it through.

That's a major issue people are having, buy in good faith only to find O2 have taken payment when devices aren't in stock. A familiar story unfortunately.
