o2 rewards

i claimed my rewards of £11 for extra credit does that not pay for my pay and go go go which has ran out and i cant top up till tuesday or is it just extra credit plus i owe o2 a pound as i borrowed it

I know you have to repay the Lend us a quid by topping up a minimum of £10 within 7 days.

I think its just credit for the o2 rewards because i my o2 rewards on and tryed to pay for my o2 family pack bot on and it did not work.

Hi,

When you claim back your rewards which is 5% for new customers and 10% for current customers, of your topups every 3 months, it goes onto your payg account and then can be used for your next anniversary date.

If you took the offer up of topping up a certain amount to get extra credit then the extra credit is just virtual ,and can not go towards your next anniversary date.

I just took advantage of a "£20 top up reward offer, if topped b4 20/08/2013 (2moro!)"

My £10 credit card top up just transacted, and Quelle surprise no xtra 20 quid on my fone balance! My advice to O2 is, don't offer this type of incentive, if it ain't administered automatically, @ time of top up!

Im assuming thats the vurtual credit that does not show on your payg balance but is used before your normal allowances have been exhausted.
