o2 returns queston

i brought a pay as go phone what i want to return for a refund as i cant get on with it
the address they told me and i asked to confirm this a few times was;

Returns Dept.
PO BOX 88
Leeds
LS88 1XL

now they have just told me on chat it is:

Freepost Zone A (Return)
Exel Logistics
Waindyke Way
Normanton
WF6 1TF

 

Can someone confirm the correct address? what happenes if its sent to the wrong address

Normally speak to customer service and use the adress they tell you. Looks like the chat team have given you the broadband returns address.

Never ever ask live chat as that is usually where mishaps start, call cs. Contact information is in contact us at bottom of page

Both addresses are used for mobile phone returns, so either one will do, I work for returns and always use the normanton address
