Hi @K8ie1892 I completely sympathise with your frustration here.
I hate to be told something is done and it is not ~ which has definitely happened to me.
I hope you can get this sorted out very soon with Customer Services who are definitely better than Chat (unfortunately).

I sympathise, I have had a nightmare with O2 since I put in for an upgrade and recycle. I have been with them for 7 years and I am literally so disappointed. Their staff are useless.
