I work for Tesco and a few workies have told me that we get an o2 discount. One of them said it was 30% however o2 are saying it's only 15% while other advisors are saying it's 30%.

I can't seem to find anything online that states either one for definite so thought i'd check here

It depends on which tariff you take - I'll get you the T&C's.....

Yeah, the bonus recently changed. It's no longer a flat 30%

If you have a refresh tariff over 3GB then it is now 25% discount, less than 3GB and its only 15%

one thing not mentioned in the Ts&Cs, is what are they doing with existing discounts?

I have an o2 Open discount on my account currently - is this being changed to reflect the reduced discount, or will it stay the same as it is now?
