Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help I can fast track my contract by paying £660 this includes 25% discount if I do this do I have to stay with o2? and if I have to stay with them can I get a Sim only deal?

Yes you have to stay with o2 and it's only if you fully upgrade to a new phone contract.

I only ask because ive got the s6 edge but ive had nothing but problems with the charging port, power button keeps getting jammend is there an option for ending a contract I worked out I have 880 to pay the full lot but is there an option

I should add that it's only to fast track to a refresh contract directly with o2.
You can still upgrade elsewhere or pay off the phone and move to sim only, but unless you can negotiate it, you won't automatically get the 25% discount.

Your phone should be covered by warranty, but where did you get the contract from?

Get it repaired by Samsung, no need to pay off your contract unless you really want a new or different phone

So you are stuck on a 2 year contract then. You really need to get the phone repaired otherwise it's going to cost a fortune to upgrade with a new contract.
