Trying to keep the same number as I switch from Three to O2 and having trouble as the O2 site says my number is already taken.
How do I resolve this?

Hi @phoneswitch sounds like the port has gone wrong somewhere. You may need to contact Three & see what they say. In the meantime check this guide out

It could be that you have made more than one attempt and that the submission went through first time?
