Solved: new phone same number

Trying to keep the same number as I switch from Three to O2 and having trouble as the O2 site says my number is already taken.

How do I resolve this?

Hi @phoneswitch sounds like the port has gone wrong somewhere. You may need to contact Three & see what they say. In the meantime check this guide out

Call O2 customer services first and give them your PAC from Three. Ask them to check in case you are filling the form out wrong.

It could be that you have made more than one attempt and that the submission went through first time?
