if i dont recevie my phone in the 1-2 days that was promised..is there anything i can do??

It is still O2's responsibility until you receive it.
Don't let CS fob you off with excuses.....

Yes.

When did it say it was due ?

You should get some communication fromo2 and check in your http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If it's delayed or out of stock you could cancel and upgrade in store after the cancellation has gone through.

Or opt for click and collect and pick it up from your nearest store but that has to be chosen at the first stages of the online order.

i ordered the click and collect..and was told today by one guru that it had been delivered to the store yesterday...so off i went to collect only to be told the store has not got it...so i phone customer servives and they told me i was given the wrong information..but if its not they today..tomorrow will be the 3rd day!!

As per the link on click and collect check your email address you gave and any spam folders for the notification which you need to take to the O2 store you've chosen to collect from.

It says 'usually' Two days but it can depend on couriers and stocking levels possibly.
