my sim card dont work

got a new sim card though post i put it in my phone and its saying no sim card

If this was a replcement sim from O2, you need to do a sim swap from your old one

However, if the sim replaces a lost one, you need to call O2 as there will be  a bar on your account. Guide: O2 BARs
