I need to be sent a prepaid returns envelope to return my device in the 14 day cancellation period. I was on hold for too long when cancelling and nobody was then able to do it. I don’t want to be charged the full amount of the device as I am trying to find a way to return it. Thank you

You need to get in touch with o2 @cryerpaul as they will need to mark down you are returning the phone.
