my pay monthly phone has been stolen do i still have to pay for it?

so my contracts 24months long ,im about my 3 month in , and my phone has been lost/stolen , i wont be buying a new phone , for this contract for i dont know what to do , should i refuse to pay or what thanks slight_smile

The point here is you're posting different things in different parts of the forum, that may or may not be related.

The bottom line is, in answer to your original question in this thread, whatever happened to your phone, whether it was lost, stolen, or you just didn't like it, you are still liable for the contract and have 21 months of it left to pay. Not having the phone doesn't relieve you of that responsibility. If you have reported it stolen, the phone will be blocked and will be of no use to anyone. So unless you replace the phone you will be paying a lot of money and getting nothing for it.
