mobile phone coverage.

Until recently I was able to use my o2 mobile in Woodhall spa, but not now, after checking the coverage via the website, which told me that coverage was good, but alas no signal on my mobile, I find my mobile phone is a lifeline to me when I am out and about, but with no signal in Woodhall spa it hinders me very much. So why doed the o2 website tell me the coverage is good but in practice it is not. What is going on, can anyone give me an aswer please.

It's not just Woodhall Spa, mast congestion and people are suffering nationwide.

Woodhall Spa is only covered by 2G so it may not be mast congestion.

Have you changed phones at all or has any thing else changed?
