lower pay monthly

hi there

I have just moved abroad for a year and my contract has just ran out on the o2 35 iphone tarriff.

I cant get my sim transferred to pay and go apparently as phone isnt logged onto a UK network.

Is there any way i can atleast lower my tarriff to the lowest line rental as it will not be used anyways and just for incoming calls for people who dont know ive moved abroad?

Can i also do this without having ring up?

I do know after 9 months u can drop your tariff to 1 below ur existing tariff... ie 26.00 a month drop to 21.00 a month. The following month you can do this again. U can only drop a total of 2 levels in ur contract.

Also if u have any bolt-ons u can drop those at any time.
