Hi all,
I used 02 recycle with when upgrading, I received a credit to my airtime of £281.
i noticed there was another credit adjustment made of £447. It stated that the balance was carried over from a previous bill.
when I check my o2 account it states my account it in credit £447.
I’m confused as I don’t know what the £447 credit adjustment is for. And if that is suppose to be on top of the £281 I already received. Both payments show separately
