Dear O2,

I yesterday I received an email from you claiming that I should be paying 24£. I was previously told that everything was good and done, and that I should not be caring about anything else.

May I ask you to confirm that I should be paying 24£?

If so, could you please tell me how to pay this amount? I have received a document with a lot of information, but this one is missing.

Sincerely
Gennaro Auricchio ( Agreement number: o2-054486056-001 )
