keep PAYG tariff and move to new sim

Anonymous

Hi,

I have inherited a phone which takes a micro sim. My current phone has a standard large sim and i'm not confident to cut it down to size.

I sent off for a PAYG micro sim which fits the new phone but I want to keep my current number and tariff, the text & web which allows me to keep my credit for calls as I'm an infrequent user.

Is there a way to do this?

You just need to do the sim swap...http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Or go instore and they will swap it over for you...

Much easier to pop into your local O2 store tomorrow. They will do it whilst you wait and you should walk out with it working.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
