Hi there - I'm not really techy or geeky - so please excuse what may be a dumb question ... but:

How do I get itemized bill details ?

I need to view my past 2 months calls ...

@IT's much easier for me to do it that way @Deaverman. As I normally use my laptop to view my billing details and of course, printing it off is pretty easy...:smileywink:

Didn't the My O2 App used to detail frequent calls and longest durations of calls too?
Edit: It does, just haven't needed to keep track recently!

I am not the one to answer that sadly... as I only recently installed the app on my phone...I still continue to use my laptop regardless

View my bill, click on 'download as pdf' and all o/g calls and texts are individually listed.

For current listing,  view my bill, scroll down to view previous bills link and then recent charges in the left hand menu.

No, itemised bills not available on PAYG but they posted on a pay monthly board

You'd have to call customer service for recent usage.
