hi. think i have made a mistake.

I have an iphone5 on cotract tariff. i have just ordered a sony ex sp on pay & go. delivery friday. i wanted to chop and swap sim cards at various times between the iphone and the sony android. my wife tells me now that this is not possible, is she correct?

use a sim adapter to swap around.

These are at any O2 shop free.

It would also be easier to just have standard data tariff and change your iPhone apn to suit.

i understand about the adapter, but she says they at 02 switch between andriod and ios.

sorry, to be clear, i want to be on ios and android on my same number, just switching at various times, just thought o2 do a settings thing.

Apn's are different for payg and contract customers.

Swapping sims this way should be fine.

I am losing faith in some of the staff in the O2 stores. One clerk tried to tell me that the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini was almost the same as the full S4, in respect of screen resolution and hardware.

But anyway I just let her "Jackanory" on. The APN for Apple is exclusive, so you get the best service under the conditions present. It would be nice, if they could do the same for Android.
