hi, You are swapping me from Virgin. 2 issues - one you have an old address for me. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and you say you have sent a SIM card. I thought with the swap it was being done remotely...So please send card to my new address

And update the address.

Secondly, I don't have a 5g device.. So the card you have sent won't work.

Please advise what to do. Thank you.

5g sim cards will work in any device @SuzyLou1 

They are all backwards compatible so in a 4g device you will get 4g just fine.
