iPhone Unlock Request

Hi - Does anybody know how long unlock requests are taking for iPhones currently? It's fast approaching 48 hours and I've not heared anything. Usually this takes less than 24 hours! 

I go away in 2 weeks and need my phone unlocked ASAP, I've looked through the forums and see other people having to wait weeks! Can anybody help?

The unlocking is taking longer than normal at present. I think there is a backlog. I will mention @EmilieT here. She may be able to help

I made a request for unlocking and a pac code yesterday. I was told the PAC code would be emailed. I've not recived the pac code and the phone is still unlocked. Tesco did it straight away for me as I have another phone with them. This is really poor service.
