iPad Pro 2020 dispatch email

So I ordered the new iPad Pro 2020 on contract and I’ve received all the emails about the contract Except the dispatch email. I was also told that I would receive it the next working day. How come I can't even communicate with customer service?  What should I do now?

Dispatch email will be sent the night before delivery which won't be until O2 have stock.

Why in the world would it say they had stock if they didn't have it? Also when would it usually stock up cause that's really not ethical

Perhaps you could call customer services try very early 08.00am. You may consider cancelling in view of the delays.

@Sharifa O2's stock reporting isn't live. Never has been. It's been catching people out for years. Really unacceptable in today's world.

I tried everything and I still haven’t been able to get in touch nor have I received n email about dispatch, how in the world is that fair or ethical

Even getting through they probably won't be able to speed things up. You just have to wait for the email.

Update; I waited on the line for a while but after someone answered they said that it’s been referred to idk who for the credit check thingy and that I should receive an email today or latest tomorrow morning. Let’s see what happens
