I'm trying to get a proof of purchase for my new Samsung S20 Ultra so I can claim the Galaxy buds however, I am struggling to get it.
I can't see any option for a live chat anymore which is what I would normally use and so I have called them on the 25th of March and requested one and they said they would email it to me. It's now the 31st and I've had no email from them (looking in my Junk as well). I've tried calling back but I only ever get the response the lines are too busy and get disconnected not even the option to wait.
How am I suppose to get a proof of purchase as the cut off point the claim is the 12th April.
