Solved: how do I update my bank details

I have got my O2 app. I have been given a new card by my bank as old one exired so my pay monthy details and pay and go contract details are out of date, how do I udate them.

You can do it via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 or ring customer services 202 if on contract....or 4445 on payg

You need to contact cs who will update your account

When you go into your My O2 you will be asked to set up a PIN the first time that you access your payment details.
Keep it safe as you will need it again if you want to ever change again.
