Have a pay monthly ulimited texts and calls and 3GB can I just use these in europe from 1th June as normal or do I need a bolt on?

Use it as normal but it's after 14th June, not the 11th.

You can use them from the 15th June as you would in the UK, you don't need anything else as it will automatically switch from O2 Travel.
