I'm on a data & calls only 12 month contract that has just expired. Going to get a phone & contract deal on line (through Mobiles.co.uk) - still with O2.  Do I need to do anything to keep my number - or will it happen automatically?

Cheers

It's more than likely you will have 2 contracts running side by side. If mobile.co.uk don't transfer your number, they usually don't, call customer service and ask them to migrate your number to the new contract. This will automatically cancel your other contract and your bill will reflect this.

If you choose the upgrade option it will transfer your number automatically but if you take a new contract you’ll have to call to migrate your number and cancel the old contract.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
