Has anyone got any idea as to how I can get my final bill from O2 after porting my number to another network? I can't use the MyO2 app and it won't let me connect to online help, I can login in on the website but it states that I have no device, I can't call them as the automated system says check the MyO2 app, I can't text them.

I need to get hold of someone as O2 are still taking money out of my account even though I must be in credit.

Same issue - no access to final bill online or in MyO2 - why do so many of us continue to struggle getting hold of this information and forced to troll forum posts for any glimmer of hope?

It's called Customer Service and Meeting Expectations when contracts are closing. You didn't even try to keep me as a customer when I called to cancel disappointed

One question: When you signed up to your O2 contract (the first, and any subsequent in-shop renewals), @Potzy, you would have been asked for bank details to set up a direct debit (DD) for your monthly payment.  Did you change this from DD to Pay by Cheque/Credit Card monthly?

Under normal circumstances, contract ends, you indicate you will move elsewhere (ie away from O2), and your final bill is settled using the DD info on file with O2. Then your stint with O2 is done.

If you change away from DD to another form of payment, this can happen, particularly as O2 seem to be very on-the-ball with closing the MyO2 access down as soon as they know the former customer is leaving.  Things seem to be pretty instantaneous these days, sadly - perhaps O2 could look at that?

And yes, you will lose vicibility your final bill of you are on Paperless Billing this way as well - perhaps O2 should leave such accounts for 30 or 48 days after Contract End, @Martin-O2?

Hi,

I've got this same problem of not being able to access a copy of my final bill. I left O2 recently and have just received and have this morning received an email with details of how much my final bill will be. However, just like many of the other posters on here, when I log in to My O2 I don't have access to the bill itself.

I need a copy of this for business record keeping purposes, so can anyone please help me with sorting this out?

Thanks in advance.

You would need to contact customer services @Gareth_Davis to get a copy.

There are some alternative numbers to try in the guides below, along with hints on getting through to someone.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
