how do i end my contract and how much notice do i need to give.it is a pay monthly contract which ended months ago and i just let it run on without upgrading my phone or tarrif.

Just phone O2 and give 30 days notice. If you want togo to another network and keep your number ask for your PAC. If you wish to go onto P&G they will also arrange that.
